The entire masterplan was worked out forthephase development. The first priority was abboting the highway . The area had a badly maintained Rose garden . The entire parking of jeep was visible from the highway .

We suggested a long retaining wall with a sloping lawn to overcome this problem. The height of the wall is 3.0m . A bold set of letters has been placed on the top to show the existence of Mahindras . The letters run for the length of 15.0m and are 1.2m high.

The letters are well lighted becomes a landmark.
